1. The draw is promoted by WCF Fuels North West, Station Goods Yard, Warton Road, CARNFORTH, Lancashire LA5 0TH.     

2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

3.  Entry is based on receipt of Free Prize Draw application form.

4.  Alternatively, you can enter the draw by emailing your name and address to sales@wcfnw.co.uk       Only one entry per address will be accepted.

5.   The draw will be made on February 2^nd 2010.

6.   The draw is not open to WCF employees.

7.   The winners will be selected at random.

8.   The winners will be notified by post within seven days after the draw.

9.   The prize is one of 10 x £100:00 oil purchase vouchers.

10.  The prize is non-transferable.

11.  The winner’s names can be requested in writing from The Administration Centre, WCF Fuels North West, Station Goods Yard, Warton Road, CARNFORTH, LA5 0TH.

12. The cash redemption value is one penny per voucher.

13.  Your details will not be passed on to any other company.

14.  Participants must have a full postal address to participate.

15.  Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules‚ illegible‚ incomplete or altered will be disqualified.

16.  Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

17.  It is a condition of entry that the winner’s names may be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.

18.  If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then he will be entitled to dispose of the prize as he thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. 

19. Winners must redeem their voucher by taking a delivery of a least 1000 litres of Gas Oil or Kerosene on or before 31.05.2010. This promotion does not include DERV.
