More and more people are using e-mail and the internet to manage their daily business. Our new system allows us to send letters, invoices, statements etc automatically in whichever way the customer prefers, be it e-mail, fax or post.
However not all our customers like to operate in this way. We are still proud of the fact that we are large enough to have the benefits of this technology but small enough to care. We value the personal contact we have with our more traditional customers and are more than happy to spend some time and have a chat.
