BUSINESS RE-STRUCTURE

We have recently merged our two Texaco Distribution businesses in the North West of England.
WCF Fuels - Cumbria was based at Kingstown in Carlisle. Due to the Cumbia manager’s pending retirement (in December 2009) we have decided to merge the Cumbria business with WCF Fuels - North West based in Carnforth. The contact details for both businesses remain the same, as do the transport, storage and depot configuration.
The merger will allow us to have a more flexible and therefore more efficient operation, which will result in a better service and more competitive prices for our customers.
This merger and the updated distribution system has been made possible by the use of our state of the art office and on truck computer systems.
