It has certainly been challenging with the weather keeping us on our toes. The snow provided a beautiful backdrop for our wagons and driver photos yet really put us under pressure with deliveries. Roads were blocked and properties were inaccessible, but through hard work, long days, and determination our wonderful skilled drivers beat the odds and ensured that properties around Cumbria, Lancashire and the North West were toasty warm for Christmas.
Our Gas oil deliveries ensured that farmers were able to keep working throughout the festivities,
Derv helped so many commercial companies build, dig and keeping moving into the new year and our kerosene kept people full of Christmas cheer. We couldn’t be prouder of our team.
We had a record number of orders through sights such as Boiler Juice, it was wonderful to give new customers the amazing service that we supply and build a new and strong customer relationship with them.
We were excited to display an array of awards this year, Lancashire Business View Red Rose Awards 2023 – Customer Service Business of the Year, UKIFDA – Customer Service of the Years and our Feefo trusted platinum award. Yet it wasn’t all tractor diesel, 28 second and white diesel this year.
We took some time away from the hustle and bustle of the office in Carnforth this Christmas, we visited the ‘city of music’ Liverpool, with an afternoon spent around the Christmas markets, sipping mulled wine and tasting delicious cuisines. Of course, we took advantage of the fairground rides too! Singing & dancing along to our evening meal we had so much fun.
A perfect way to prepare for the Christmas rush.
We are excited to share with you all what 2024 brings including the introduction of our telemetry systems and on-going customer service intimacy and driver knowledge. We will continue to support and will be getting involved in our community. We hope to engage in local areas as well as visiting Gisburn, Million, Hawes, Kendal and Lancaster Auction as often as we can.
