Cold Weather Priority 

WCF Fuels North West pride themselves in our customer service and ensuring that we take additional care with our customers who are vulnerable when it come to extreme weather. 

We have continued our membership with UKIFDA's Cold Weather Priority Initiative to ensure that we support the most vulnerable customers in the colder months. 

What does this mean? 

This means that if you, or you know of someone who would benefit from an extra layer of support this winter you can sign up to the scheme by letting one of our award winning team know when you next give is a call. Our team will go through a few checks with you to ensure that you qualify, it should only take a matter of minutes. 

This scheme ensures that elderly customers 75+ and those considered vulnerable particularly those living in the rural communities do not suffer at winter. We, at WCF Fuels North West understand the effects that the cold weather can have and cause severe problems. We pride ourselves in looking after our customers like family and will do our upmost to keep you topped up.  

We will take pro active steps to protect the most vulnerable and to priorities fuel delivery's to these customers, particularly during times of extreme cold weather.  Our fuel tankers range in size from our baby tanker to an artic so getting to a smaller property is no issue.  

This initiative costs heating oil customers nothing to join and WCF Fuels North West will always give you the best price possible when it comes the time to order. Covering Preston, Manchester, Lake District, Lancashire and many more we are always on hand. 

Throughout the winter months we will post information on our website and social media pages advice on how best to save on heating as well as tips to keep yourselves toasty. We also offer a heating oil top up service for all our customers. This can be tailored to customers needs. There is no need to worry about calling up the office to order. One of our dedicated team will be there to do this for you.
