As your local fuel supplier we now offer a high-level monitoring service designed to prevent the inconvenience and expense of running out of oil. This system will give you a helping hand in the comfort of your own home. With drop-level alerts, an online gauge and an automated top-up service. Worrying about running out of fuel is now a thing of the past. 

Running out of fuel can lead to serious issues within your heating system. Bringing debris from the bottom of your tank can potentially clog fuel lines and filters. This can result in unwanted engineer bills, including system cleaning, new parts and call our charges, which can exceed £1000.

Tank Telemetry 
With WCF Fuels we have a dedicated member of our team who is on hand to monitor your fuel levels throughout the year. We provide a gauge that can be easily fitted to your tank by either yourself or one of our friendly drivers, There is no drilling or mess involved. Minimising damage to your tank. This gauge accurately monitors your oil levels up to 4 meters and notifies your account manager when it's time for a refill. We will handle everything for you, ensuring peace of mind. 

What You Need to Do
You don't have to lift a finger. Your dedicated account manager will oversee the monitoring process, providing exceptional customer service to ensure you get the most out of your heating oil. They're available during business hours for any inquiries and can be contacted via email for out-of-office top-ups. We do send out your monitor to you, this however is easy to fit and comes with instructions. Once this has been done you can sit back and relax. 

Delivery Process; 
Your account manager will track your fuel levels and schedule deliveries as needed. This will be the same process that we have used for our top-up customers over the years. Once we see that you need a fuel delivery we will add an order for you.  Our drivers have access to your tank location and the details given. We'll discuss tank placement, delivery instructions and access when fitting the oil tank telemetry to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
